Product Description
It is mainly used for cutting or trimming the edges of foam/sponge/fabric bra cups, and also used for trimming cutting the leathers / luggages / shoes / bags / paper products etc. Widely usage, highly productivity.
Specification
Function: It is mainly used for cutting/trimming the surplus edge of molded bra cups, foam pads, fabric cups and etc. It is also used as the cutting and trimming usage in the leather, luggage, shoes, rubber, plastic and paper products industries.
Merits:
1. Instead of traditional manual method to cut and trim the edge of molded bra cups, it is easy to learn and operate, and it also save much time and labor resources.
2. Strong cutting function, rapid trimming, excellent trimming effect, high productivity.
Usage of machine: By using upper and lower knife to trim the cup edge, it is easy to operate and reduce operator's fatigue during operation the machine is with inverter, so the speed can be adjusted to match operator's working speed.
