Changzhou HuaEn Garment Machinery Factory
We have been engaged in manufacturing fabric pleating for nearly 15 days. This ZJ-416 dress pleating machine is dedicated for fabric(viscose), chiffon, nylon with single vertical toothpick/crystal pleat pattern at a high efficiency.
Our factory is located in Changzhou city, Jiangsu Province which is just 1 hour from Shanghai by train. You may send us sample to make a trial on our new installed machine before you place the order. We won't persuade you anything without fullfilling your expectation.

ZJ-416 fabric dress pleating machine produces only one type of pleat pattern like below. It is vertical shape we usually call toothpick/crystal pleat.

Small knives on ZJ-416 dress pleating machine
One pair of small knives are adopted to make different height synchronously.
There are totally 5 heating sections to ensure uniform heating on this dress pleating machine
These 5 heating sections are 1 major heating in the hollow roll through electric tubes.
The rest 4 assitant heating are in the below pictures. 4 pieces of assitant heating is able to cover the whole fabric length 1700mm.

The knife is custom made and usually 3 knives will be included to cover the basic pleat designes.
