Q1: What's your MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 3000 pairs per style，but, small qty order also can be acceptable if you are willing to buy.
Q2:Can you send me a sample before an order?
A: Of course, we can supply a sample to you. Sample of our existing products are free, just need you to afford the shipping cost. Sample of your own design need to pay for the mould setup charge. Samples production takes 2-3 working days after we have received your samples or data.
Q3: Can we make our own design?
A: Yes, we have the professional design team that supplies OEM&ODM Service for you.
We support custom logo/size/color/package etc.
Q4: Do you Charge Dyeing Fee?
A: Except White and Black colors, If you need make the bra cups in other special colors, we will charge you the dyeing fee USD 65 / dye vat / color ( On condition that the order qty is less than 3000 pairs for each special color.)
Q5: Do you charge the Mould Fee?
A: If you require us to make the new design as per your own original samples or technical drawing, which need open new moulds, we will charge you the mould fee for each size if the order qty is less than 3000 pairs.
Q6: What is the payment terms?
A: There are 4 options: Bank Transfer, via T/T, Letter of credit, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Q7:What transportation methods do you support?
A:Transportation by air,sea,land,express(DHL,TNT,EMS,UPS,FEDEX etc).Welcome to consult us to find a more convenient, fast and cheap transportation way.
