Working Principle
Eastman use a three phase motor to drive the ball mill, usually it is a adjustable-speed motor, the motor connects to a gearbox, this gearbox drive the small gear, will cause the small gear to rotate, small gear rotates the big gear. The big gear is a circular gear, and it connects to the ball mill drum.
The drum rotates and produces eccentric force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls will fall down to impact and grind the materials. Finally the powdery materials will be discharged from the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.
Inside the drum there are wear-resisting lining board which has great abrasion performance. Its function is to protect the ball mill drum, this inner lining can be dismantled and replaced.
