Model 2800 Semi Automatic Corrugated Carton Box Gluing Stacking Machine
Features:
1. Designed with reasonable construction and outstanding shape for easy operation and perfect performance.
2. E-eyes can detect the lifting position and control platform lifting up/down automatically.
3. Automatic aligning devices in the middle of machine which can avoid cross happening.
4. Motorized adjustment for Side patting guide in the middle and stacking platform in the back side. with synchronously moving.
5. Pressure rollers combine with conveyor belts enhances the paper-shaping.
6. Auto-counter can set the quantity of finished items (1-999 pieces). Automatically stack finished carton for packing.
7. Shift knobs are brand of Schneider; photoelectric switch are Omron brand. Main drive motors are Taiwan brand; others motor adopted domestic brand.
8. Two workers is necessary for whole process, gluing, wrapping and well-stacking can be done; saving labor cost and easy operation.
9.The main and most important part is the Gluing Head. When the Glue come down from upside and it flows into the Gluing head. So the quality of the Gluing head means a lot to a gluing machine.

Warranty
The machine guarantee is 1 year and within 12 months, if any spare parts damaged ( not broken by person ), we will offer the spare parts freely. But the buyer shall afford the courier charge. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional operation, not in maintenance scope.
