KL0304 Transparent Royal Blue
KL0304 is a polyester powder coating. They can be applied on metal as protective paint, while they can be used for various indoor and outdoor environments. It is economic and environmental.
*Because of the different display of each device, the pictures and objects will be slightly different.
Application and Storage Conditions
1.\tOil, grease and rust should be removed by degreaser. Then zinc phosphate pretreatment is recommended for optimum performance.
2.\tUse the electrostatic spray gun to application on substrates.
3.\tThe film should be cure on metal temperature at 200℃ for 10 minutes.
4.\tFilm thickness should be control at 60~90㎛ for high performance.
5.\tShelf life is six months when stored in dry conditions at 25℃.
