1.Construction hoist could be designed according to different building situations.

4. With Frequency converter or DOL control system with low speed, MID speed, and high speed.
5. All Production Line adopt special fixtures, mold, gauge made by us to ensure all sizes suitably.
6. Select high-quality raw material from China Bao Steel Group. The spare parts of motors, reducers, gearbox, safety device with low noise, while electrics parts of Schneider or Germany brand has reliable quality.
7. The compact and reasonable structure with the special design is easy for installation and adjustment.
8. Each piece of equipment will be tested and made records in Factory and all details will be adjusted such as motor brake, safety device operation, all limit switch operation, dropping test, loading test, and mast section.
9.The erection test will ensure the completed equipment runs well when taken into use.

1.What’s the capacity of the baler?
We have many different models, which have different baling capacity. Also we can suggest the suitable model according to your capacity requirements.
2.Voltage
Usually it requires 380V, 3 phase,50-60Hz.
We also can design different voltages according to your requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc. You just need to tell us your voltage value before manufacturing.
3.How to Install ?
a.For vertical baler machines, no need to install. This kind of machine is exported by complete unit.
When you receive the machine, you only need to connect it with the power (usually 3 phase, 380V), and fill the hydraulic oil
(HF#46or #68) as per user manual.
b.For horizontal machines, we can provide installation service. Installation and training are free, but our technician’s charges of freight tickets, hotels and food etc are on your account.
4.What Payment terms we accept ?
We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment.
And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.
