LTXG-Eco Series Liquid Filling Capping Machine is specially designed and manufactured for small scale liquid filling manufacturing factory. This machine is complete Pneumatic Filling System with simple and easy adjustment.
It is widely used in Food and cosmetic and agriculture industry for water, waterlike liquid, cream, oil and ointment filling.
Note: Different Material May requires different filling Pump, please tell before you order the machine.

A: according to Machine filling style, we have linear type and Rotary Type.

A: Since Year 2005 we had started manufacturing Liquid Filling Line. We are focused on Pharmaceutical Field, Food field and Cosmetics Field. Our Clients includes Japanese Sysmex, US Southern Pharma, Qarshie Industry, Abbott Group, Victoria's Secret, etc.
Q3: Does one liquid filling machine can work for all kinds viscosity of liquid or paste?
A: Theoretically yes, by changing parts and filling pump we can achieve this. But normally this option is only recommended for our client who is doing R&D, but not production purpose. So we suggest client to use specific pump for specific material for achieving higher filling accuracy.
Q4: Why there are so many liquid filler looks same, but in huge difference on price?
A: Because different manufacturers are using different method to manufacture the machine which will effect the filling accuracy and machine running life a lot. The same Oil material or cream material, A cheap manufacturer may use Pneumatic piston Pump for filling while a professional manufacturer is using Servo Stainless Steel Piston pump.
Q5: We have big filling range for our bottle, from 100-2000ml, can it work on the same machine?
A: Yes, these filling range is absolutely ok for our either Linear type machine or rotary type machine, we can easily achieve.
Q6: How many years for warranty?
A: all of our machines comes with 5 years free warranty.
Q7: Do you have manual or operation video for us to know more about the machine?
A: Yes, not only manual or operation video, 3D drawing also available to make as per your design,also the video we can make of testing the material from our packaging machine if your packing goods easier for us to find from our local market.
Q8: How can I trust you for the first time business ?
