Simple Structure Linear Vibration Feeder For Coal Rock Bulk Materials Processing
Vibrating Feeder/Vibrating Grizzly Feeder/Shaker Feeder is mainly used to feed materials evenly and continuously into belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screening and crushing equipment before primary crusher, also used for screening fine materials to increase the processing capacity of crusher.The feeding amount can be adjusted flexibly to achieve centralized control and automatic control in the production process. It is applied to crushing and screening production lines on crushing site,in mining,metallurgy,building material ,chemistry,mineral processing,and coal industries.

Working Principle & Structure
The vibrating feeder electromotor drives the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate with high speed through the v-shaped belt. The eccentric block can produce big eccentric force, and the exciting screen box will do circular motion with certain amplitude.The materials on the slant screen will be influenced by the impulse transmitted from the screen box and do continuous throwing motion, and the materials smaller than the screen hole will go through the screen, thus realizing classifying. the vibrating feeder is widely used for mining plant,stone crushing plant,sand making plant,etc.

Normally the machines are taken apart before delivery and are packed by suitable packing ways, the packing ways are as below:
1. Nude packing.
2. Bundle packing.
3. Grass rope packing.
4. Water proof packing.
5. Wooden pallets packing.
6.Wooden box or carton box packing.
Delivery
Usually the equipments are delivered aboard by tracks,trains,or container(sea transportation). and some spare parts or very small goods also support to send by express, our company have built good relationships with large cargo agent and shipping companies which guarantee our products delivered safely and promptly.Sea transportation includes three delivery ways as below:
1.40HQ container: used for goods without overlength, overheight and overweight;
2.FR(Flat Rack) container:suitable for large equipments with overlength,overheight like ball mill,excavator,etc.
3.Bulk cargo shipment (LCL): used for some goods without loading in full container,normally it requires good packing with marks for safety and easy to be trackable.
