Process of roller producing:

Roller material ready— Rough turning as per drawing— Finish turning arrive to above Ra3.2 for surface of roller— Grind arrive to Ra 0.8 for surface of roller— Process coating— Fix shape after coating

Major coating process including: metal roller polishing, sand blasting, 2 times of ultrasonic cleaning, drying, applying glue, heating treatment in oven, keep dry and metal roller at constant high temperature for coating, coating, vulcanization for 24hours etc.
