ZPG series industrial rotary drum sludge dryer machine
Working principle : The main structure of ZPG vacuum harrow dryer is a horizontal cylindrical container with jacket, which is equipped with a low-speed mixing shaft, and the shaft is equipped with rake teeth arranged in a certain direction. There are two forms of mixing shaft, one is a non heated rake shaft, and the other is a hollow rake shaft that can be filled with hot medium (hot water and hot oil). The jacket is filled with heating medium (hot water, hot oil). The wet material feed into the cylinder, and the rake gear shaft stirs the material to heat evenly. Under the control of the time relay, the rake gear shaft operates according to forward rotation stop reverse rotation stop forward rotation at a certain time interval. The operation cycle is set by the user according to the process operation conditions of the material. Under the regular stirring of the rake gear shaft, the dried materials in the cylinder move to both sides and to the middle, and then again and again until the materials are dried to the process requirements. A vacuum interface is arranged on the upper part of the inner cylinder and connected to the vacuum system to heat and dry the dried materials under negative pressure, which can ensure that the dried materials are heated at low temperature and will not damage the physicochemical properties of the materials. After the materials meet the drying requirements, open the discharge valve at the bottom of the cylinder to allow the materials to move to the middle under the stirring of the rake gear shaft for discharge.
