The working principle of the Pet food bone powder crushing and grinding machine
The bone mud machine uses the relative movement of the stator and rotor of different geometric shapes under high-speed rotation, so that the processed material is subjected to strong shearing when passing through the adjustable gap between the stator and rotor under the action of its own weight, air pressure and centrifugal force. Force, friction force, impact force, high frequency vibration and other compound forces are effectively broken, dispersed, emulsified and mixed to obtain ideal products.
The crushing chamber of the bone mud machine is equipped with three grinding areas, the first level is the coarse grinding area, the second level is the fine grinding area, and the third level is the micro grinding area. The required micro-grinding effect (can also be recycled).
