What is COB LED ?
COB, (Chips on Board) , multi LED chips are packaged together as one lighting module.
Cob LED Light Source is a High efficiency, integrated, surface light source technology that mount the led chip on the high reflective metal substrate.
This technology without the conception of holder, no plating, no Reflow soldering, no patch process, reduce the 30% process, so it also cuts down about 30% cost.
What is the advantage of bicolor cob chip led?
1. LED chip is fixed on the aluminium layer of PCB, the heat can be spread out through aluminium layer rapidly.
2. Low light decay: decay rate is less than 2% after 10000 hours and less than 30% after 35000 hours.
3. Equable and soft irradiancy, no glaring and eye protection.
4. Good reliable, no dead bulb, no dark space, uniform spherical scattering.
5. COB LED encapsulation lighting can be multi-functionally used in variety lighting products.
