1.The raw material could be waste tire of bicycles, tractors and cars, sole, gasket, sealing sheet,
leather, artificial leather, rubber blocks, waste bags conveyor belt etc.and so on.
2.Application fields: municipal solid waste, solid hazardous waste and industrial hazardous waste.




Principle of Operation

Tire shredder is mainly used for crushing steel wire tires,radial tires and various waste rubber products or trims into rubber granules or rubber powder with required fineness.




Function:
The tool is made of high-chromium alloy steel, which is finished by heat treatment process, numerical control grinder and wire cutting formany times, which ensures high machining accuracy. The tool has good wear resistance and moderate toughness, and the tool can be assembled only after passing ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, dimension testing and other tests.
