If the project feasibility assessment is OK, the whole solutions including the software、hardware will be output. After the sample is made and tested, it will be further provided to customer for verification or scheme revision. Finally, it is determined to end the research and development program, or continue to carry out the production of batch products according to the customer’s demand.

PCB Design Service
ILINKGLOBE offers PCB design services according to the customer’s specification requirements. The customer provides DSN/SCH schematic file and PCB package library file, or the corresponding device DataSheet. The customer shall provide PCB board structure files in DXF format, structure restriction instructions, electrical design instructions and other matters needing attention. After the project is started, our engineers shall conduct DRC inspection of schematic drawings, structural check and other electrical design requirements. If there is any problem, feedback EQ record to the customer as soon as possible. In the process of project design, our engineers' daily work progress files are sent to customers for confirmation. Customers can see the design status every day, and can find problems in time and deal with them. After the Pcb Layout design is completed, our engineers will conduct mutual inspection, including DFM inspection, QA inspection and EMC inspection. After the customer confirms OK, we will issue GERBER and other production documents. After the customer confirms OK, our engineers will output ASM assembly files, SMT patch files, PCB design original files, GERBER files, EQ engineering communication records, etc.

Programming ＆Testing

Equipped with a SPI FLASH programmer using Type-C communication interface and ISP/ATE multiplexing interface, available for all kinds of SPI NOR FLASH, I2C/Micro Wire and other EEPROM.
