100W/150W are same lamp housing,200W/240W are same one.

 

 

After finish production, our QC workmates will check the points of the highbay lights.

Then whole lamps will have 10-12 hours lighting testing, 

QC workmates check the whole lamps, then packaged them well.

 

 

 

Whole UFO highbay lights with Power test, Waterproof Test, Lighting Test, and some other Machine testing before Package.

 

With 2 piece UP and Down Foam to protect the UFO LED Bay lights.

Use a plastic bag to protect dust enter in, the metal ring was put on the foam.

Each carton will be packaged with ribbon for easy carry.
