DESCRIPTIONS
AK6206 series is a CMOS voltage voltage regulator with high ripple suppression rate, low power consumption, low voltage difference, overcurrent and short circuit protection. These devices have a very low static bias current (3.0 μA Typ.), they can provide an output current of 300mA with minimal input and output voltage difference, and can still maintain a good adjustment rate. Due to the small voltage difference between input and output and the small static bias current, these devices are particularly suitable for battery-powered products that want to extend their battery life, such as computers, consumer products and industrial equipment. The output voltage can be set internally by the metal fuse technology. It can be selected in increments of 100mV, ranging from 1.2V to 5.0V. Packaging forms are available in the SOT-23, SOT23-3L, and SOT-89's.
