Features
This EPS foam pellet making machine is used to process EPS, EPE foam (styrofoam), such as waste foam, home appliance packaging,etc., into recycled PS pellets. This kind of recycled granules can be used to make all kinds of stationery, toys and electrical appliances.The EPS foam granule production line is included foam crusher machine,foam granule machine,cooling machine and granules cutting machine.The capacity is 150kg/h to 250kg/h.

1. All recycled materials can be produced after being classified, crushed and cleaned without drying.Both of wet or dry materials are available. 2. From raw material crushing, cleaning, feeding to pelleting are automated.
3. Adopt high-pressure friction uninterrupted heating system and automatic heating production, so that avoiding continuous heating and energy saving.
4. Adopt split automatic power distribution system to ensure safe and normal operation of the motor.
5. The screw barrels are made of imported high-strength high-quality carbon structural steel, which is durable.
6. The mould is made of high-quality carbon.Never leaking.Adopt heating with internal heating rod and fully used,thus can save 20% electricity.
