Product Description
PS/PP/PET Plastic Sheet Extruder Machine for Thermoforming Food Container:
GS-Mach Series PP/PE/PET/PS/PVC/PLA Sheet Extrusion Line is specially designed to produce plastic sheet rolls, which is widely used to produce disposable plastic thermoforming items for food packaging, such as, water drinking cups, ice-cream cups,disposable cup/bowl for lids, dishes, plates, food containers and etc.This machine line is plasticized by a twin screw extruder and vacuumed then extruded into a mold after melt pumping. After three rolls of calendering, it is coated with silicone oil, drawn and rolled into blister sheet, which has the advantages of good product quality and low material cost.
