Shotcrete Machine Difference

Wet shotcrete machine can spray dry material or wet material. Dry shotcrete machine can only spray dry material. Wet shotcrete machine has a set of pumping system (accelerator conveying system) more than  dry shotcrete machine, with a small motor of 0.75 kw. It is suitable for tunnel, high-speed railway and highway.

Mine shotcrete machine uses concrete pump to convey concrete through pipeline to the nozzle of manipulator, and uses compressed air with accelerator to spray concrete to the wall of shotcrete roadway. It is widely used in various working environments, such as tunnels, culverts, subway, hydropower projects, underground projects, slope protection and high methane mine roadways
