Products Description


Intelligent frequency converter of ERD/S60 adopt ARM, MCU, DSP, FPGA as core processor. Single polarity double frequency SPWM modulation technology. DDS frequency synthesis technology. Unit capacity could reach to 0.5KVA - 1000KVA. The output could simulate the power grid voltage and frequency of different countries. Requirements of starting up could be satisfied for various industry.

* The DSP adopted is from Texas Instruments (TI). high processing speed and integrated.
* Frequency synthesis is realized by DDS technology, high resolution and more stable.
* Full digital control and feedback technology. Control arithmetic is dual closed-loop for output voltage and load current.

* Proven technology SPWM modulation. Exactly same switching frequency to reduce components and harmonic
distortion.
* The traditional circuit hardware is replaced by FPGA chip from ALTERA company to assist in DSP control. More flexible,

* Starting up: direct starting, step-down starting, VVVF starting(Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency starting).

* Interface is 7"/10" touching screen. Parameters of current, voltage, power, etc, could be displayed with many languages.
Control mode and parameters could be set by touching screen. Alarm information could be recorded and checked
anytime.
* Protect function of over current, over load, over temperature and IGBT fault. Protection time and value could be set by
touching screen. Protect function could be switched freely.
* Standard RS232, RS485 serial communication interface and ModBus Protocol.
