Principle of foam granulator:
Foam granulator is a machine for crushing and granulating waste foam, pearl cotton, and foamed polyethylene. It is a machine for crushing foam, plasticizing, stripping, pelletizing and other processes. It consists of foam grinder, foam granulator, and pelletizer. It is a device for granulating foam waste foam for recycling. The foam granulator is used to process EPS foam (foam rubber), such as waste fast food boxes and household appliance packaging, to convert it into recycled PS granules. This kind of recycled plastic can be used to make various stationery, toys and electric appliance shells.

Used for waste polyethylene (PE), such as plastic film, convenience bag, plastic film inner size bag, packaging film, etc. or
