Q1: Payment term

For the first time cooperation, 100% Payment T/T in advance;

For the long-term clients, we are willing to discuss more detailed payment term, for example: 40% payment in advance, 30% payment after we take the photos of products and packages, the final 30% after the client receive the package.

Q2: How many days offer warranty ?

Normally it is one week, however for the parts rare in the market, the offer warranty need to be discussed.

Q3: If the parts are not ok, you will take it back?

Pls noted that SSW Tech. is ISO Certified Distributor, we promise ALL THE PARTS WE SELL ARE NEW & ORIGINAL;

If the parts are not ok,  the customers can send the parts to international authorized testing institution, once the testing report are approved,  we will return the customers 100% payment for the defective parts.

Q4: an we see picture with label of the parts?

Yes it is ok to see picture with label of the parts once the customer confirm the order or send us the PO;

Q5: -DC ?

DC is available in the quotation;

Q6: Do you use escrow ?

Yes we are ok to use TBF escrow, but the escrow charge need to be covered by the clients usually.
