Description: According to GB/T 1727-92 design, with different diameters of stainless steel wire wound on a certain diameter and length of stainless steel rod, using the gap between the steel wire to prepare different thickness of the film.
Main technical indicators:
■ The rod and winding are made of advanced wear-resistant stainless steel
■ Very suitable for coating very thin coating, such as: tin coating and paper coating test
■ Ideal for soft materials such as paper, cardboard, test card, foil, leather, textiles, etc
■ Maximum coating wet film thickness is engraved on the end of the wire rod
■ Short rod: total length: L =240mm, effective coating width 200mm
