Introduction

It is mainly used for dyeing cotton, wool, chemical fiber and other bobbin yarn as well as the application of cooking, bleaching, washing and other processes.

The dye is put into the dyeing tank, and the heated dye is forced to change the circulation direction of the dye continuously by circulating pump and reversing mechanism, so as to achieve the goal of even dyeing under the given temperature and time of the process.

The body and all parts in contact with the dye are made of corrosion resistant stainless steel.

2.Dye circulation: by the anti-corrosion mixed flow pump with reversing device, according to the process needs to achieve positive dye

3.Groove seal form: use silicone rubber O seal ring.

4.Equipped with pneumatic valve, main cylinder with flip plate type level controller, equipped with safety interlock mechanism, main cylinder with stainless steel safety valve, manual open cover, and temperature control, can set 85℃ safety protection.
