Our family has been cultivating the land with dedication for over four generations, a passionate commitment handed down from
father to son for more than 100 years.
In the heart of western Sicily, in the Belice Valley, on the slopes of the Rocca di Entella, we cultivate our land with an eye
towards technological innovation and ever-increasing attention to the environment and our consumers.
Every day we work for the continuous improvement of our productions by enhancing biodiversity through organic cultivation.
Our farm extends into the heart of western Sicily, in the Contessa Entellina area, a municipality in the Belice Valley close to
the “Santa Maria del Bosco” and “Monte Genuardo” Oriented Nature Reserve and the “Grotta di Entella” Integral Nature Reserve. ,
dominated by the Rocca di Entella. We cultivate cereals in rotation with legumes, oil olives and wine grapes at an altitude
between 300 and 700 meters above sea level. in compliance with the rules governing organic farming.
We enjoy an ancient tradition in the cultivation of wheat and dried legumes, including chickpeas and lentils. In recent years we
have also resumed the cultivation of ancient local varieties of wheat such as Tumminia, Perciasacchi and Maiorca.
We are recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture as custodian farmers of two varieties of ancient wheat Perciasacchi and Maiorca.
All our products are obtained from the transformation of the best grains and legumes grown exclusively on our estates.
In order to enhance the company pastures we breed pure Limousine beef cattle in the wild, organically and in compliance with good
agricultural practices and animal welfare.
