Metal Ceramic Agent IC-2013AB
I. Product Overview
IC-2013A(B) type metal ceramic agent is a pre-treatment chemical that is phosphate-free, especially suitable for surface treatment of steel, zinc, and aluminum. It does not contain volatile organic compounds and can enhance the adhesion and corrosion resistance for powder coating. It is Suitable for spraying treatment at room temperature, and washed with deionized water after treatment.
The original solution has good stability, no layering phenomenon, and is valid for more than 1 year. After the workpiece is treated, an ultra-thin amorphous composite film layer is formed on the metal surface. The resistance to copper sulfate droplet corrosion is superior to zinc phosphating and iron phosphating. It provides good adhesion for the coupling of metal surfaces and subsequent coatings, improves the physical and chemical properties of coatings, and can match with various types of coatings.

Processing process:
1) Pre degreasing
2) Degreasing
3) Water washing
4) Deionized water washing
5) Ceramic treatment
6) Deionized water washing
7) Deionized water washing
8) Drying
Before IC-2013 treatment, it is necessary to remove any grease, debris, pollutants, etc. that are attached to the surface of the treated Parts.
Note: It does not require drying if post step is electrophoresis treatment.
Tank construction (1000L)
Before add IC-2013A treatment agent, ensure that the tank is clean, free of residue, pollutants, and other chemical residues. Check if the nozzle is blocked and if the angle is correct.
1) Add deionized water to 3/4 of the treatment tank;
2) Add 30-50 kg of IC-2013A treatment agent;
3) Add deionized water to 1000L and stir thoroughly;
4) Add 2kg NT-120 neutralizer (0.2%) slowly and adjust the pH value to the specified range of 4.5-5.5.
5) Stir thoroughly, confirm the acidity again, and check the EDTA points of the tank solution;
VI. Treatment conditions
PH range: 4.5-5.5
EDTA point: 5-10Pt
Temperature: Normal temperature to 50 ℃
Spray pressure 0.5-1.5 bar
Time: 20-180 seconds

Store in a cool place with a shelf life of 12 months.
