How is Bifum made?

Traditional in several Asian countries, Bifum is made of rice and water, no additives or startch added. It is a good alternative for vegans, as it does not have ingredients of animal origin. Some traditional brands, use refined wheat flour and water, starch, or even eggs.

How to hydrate Bifum?
To prepare it, heat a pan with water until it starts to boil, soak the steak for 2 minutes just to soften the noodles, and then drain the water. Then, dip the noodles in a bowl of fresh water for 1 minute to stop the cooking.
