Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer which was founded in 2007. Our company and factory are both located in Jiangsu province, and we own over 12,000 square meters production base and 200 workers.
Q: How many different types of products your company manufactures?
A: Our factory has 5 production lines so far. We have a strong advantage of OEM, just give us the actual products that you want , we will manufacture for you, we even can design for you according to your idea. But please promise that your product doesn't infringe other's intellectual property.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Of course. We usually provide an existing sample for free. If you need more than one sample, it need sample fee.
We also can provide customized samples to you, but it need sample fee. The fee can give back to you when you place order and order qty is above 2000 pcs.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, in 5-7 days will be sent out.
If you want your own designs, about 7 days will be ready, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 25-30 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.
We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q: What documents do you need if I want my own design?
A: You can provide AI or PDF format.

A: We match colors with Pantone card or your sample. So you can just tell us the Pantone number. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q: What is your payment method?
A: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept Western Union. We also can do credit insurance order from Alibaba.
