Q1: What is your main products and material supply?
1.1. Main product offerings: Standard screws, bolt, nuts, rivet, washers and Non-standard and customized fasteners and hardware.

Q2: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, Our sample is provided free of charge, but not including courier fees.
Q3 : What’s the lead time?
A: Normally standard parts 7-15 days and non-standard parts 15-25 days.
Q4 : What is your payment term?
A: Commonly 30% TT in advance, 70% before shipment. For small order less than $1000, we require 100% in advance to reduce bank fee.
Q5:How to do If you can not find the product on our website?
A: You can send the product pictures/drawings/samples to us, we will check and back to you immediately.
Q6: Are you able to customize the product?
A: Sure, we can customize the products in according to your drawings or samples and so on. Product information required: material, hardness, surface treatment, quantity...

A: Our QC team carry inspection on raw material, every process during production, and do testings for the finished product. Also we accept 3rd inspection prior to shipment.
