What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 1 unit. The exception however is that for certain items (e.g.labware or consumables) the MOQ may vary.

All BOYN products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation or 14 months after shipment date from the manufacturer, whichever occurs first.
How about the maintenance after the warranty period?
After the warranty period, we are still responsible for after-sales service. As long as the useful life of the equipment is unexpired, we will provide paid services for replacement parts.
How can I make payment? And what is your payment term?
Payment can be made through wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C at sight), PayPal or Western Union. Our payment term is 100% deposit in advance
What is the packaging of your products?
We always use high quality corrugated cardboard box or non-fumigation plywood case to pack them, even with inner void fill materials for extra protection.

Yes we do! We deliver worldwide. The available Shipping methods: forwarding agencies by air & by sea & by train, Parcel services by DHL & FEDEX & TNT, or self-pickup.

The quotation do not include any installation and training fee.
Your engineer should install it by himself with reference of user manual or installation video which provided by us.
