Product Overview
* Professionals who use DC high voltage generators must have "high voltage test license.
* The use of this instrument must be in accordance with the provisions of Article 168 of the Electric Power Safety Regulations,
and two obvious disconnect points must be installed before the working power supply enters the tester. When replacing test items
and wiring, the two power disconnect points should be obviously disconnected.
* Before the test, check whether all the test wiring is connected. The test loop grounding wire shall be grounded at one point
shown in this guide (fig. 5).

* Use ZV special discharge resistor rod to discharge the test product for large capacitance. When discharging, the discharge rod cannot be immediately contacted with the test article. The discharge rod should be gradually approached to the test article, andthe air gap at a certain distance starts to discharge, with hissing sound. When there is no sound, it can be discharged with a discharge rod, and finally it is directly connected to the ground wire for discharge.
* When the DC voltage is 200kV and above, although the tester wears insulated shoes and is outside the safe distance, due to the influence of the space electric field distribution of high voltage DC ions, several adjacent standing human bodies will have different DC potentials. The test personnel should not shake hands with each other or touch the grounding body with their hands,otherwise there will be a slight electric shock phenomenon, this phenomenon is more obvious in dry areas and winter, but due to the small energy, generally will not cause harm to the human body.
