1.QuEChERS is the latest international development in recent years for the detection of agricultural products, a rapid sample pretreatment technology, the principle of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and solid-phase extraction (SPE) is similar to the use of adsorbent filler and matrix impurities in the interaction, adsorption of impurities so as to achieve the purpose of removing impurities and purification;
2. QuEChERS method has a high recovery rate, which is greater than 85% for a large number of polar and volatile pesticide species;
3. High precision and accuracy, can be calibrated by internal standard method;
4. A wide range of pesticides can be analyzed, including polar and non-polar pesticide species can use this technology to get a good recovery rate".
