What's Timascus?
Titanium damascus(timascus) also known as Mokuti or TiMoku. It's made from different grades of titanium or titanium alloys.Generally, titanium damascus/timascus/Mokuti is processed by multi-material (pure titanium or titanium alloys),fused by forging(physical fusion), and the block, rods&bars and plate billets are processed by twisting, extruding,straightening, cutting,polishing and other processes.The billets are heated or anodized, and finally show brilliant colors(red,yellow,blue,golden,orange,pink the color affected by temperature) and beautiful patterns. Since only the approximate direction and the thickness of layers of the patterns can be controlled during processing.So each timascus crafts are unique.

Plate Length
General steel plate length 800mm, width 150-170mm free choice.
Embossed steel can only be made in short sizes as follows
① Thickness: 2-5MM(the best choice is 3mm);
② Length: it is best to choose within 300mm;

Baking Color of Titanium
