Low density polyethylene, also known as high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE), is the lightest type of polyethylene resin, appearing as milky white, odorless, odorless, non-toxic, and glossy waxy particles on the surface. It has good softness, elongation, electrical insulation, transparency, ease of processing, and a certain degree of breathability. It has good chemical stability, alkali resistance, and resistance to general organic solvents.
The application range of low-density polyethylene: suitable for food packaging such as seasoning, pastries, sugar, preserves, biscuits, milk powder, tea, fish floss, etc. Packaging of drugs such as tablets and powders, and packaging of fiber products such as shirts, clothing, knitted cotton products, and chemical fiber products. Packaging of daily chemical products such as laundry detergent, detergents, cosmetics, etc. Due to the poor mechanical properties of single-layer PE film, it is usually used as the inner layer of composite packaging bags, which is the heat sealing substrate of multi-layer composite film.
