Plasma cutting machine with different working gases can cut all kinds of metals that are difficult to cut with oxygen, especially
for non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel); the main advantage of plasma cutting
is that when cutting metals with small thickness, the plasma cutting speed is fast, especially when cutting ordinary carbon steel
sheets, the speed can reach the oxygen cutting method 5-6 times of that, the cutting surface is smooth, the thermal deformation is
small, and there is almost no heat affected zone.

QUALITY INSPECTION
Main methods for testing the foundation of mechanical equipment (especially the foundation of heavy equipment with high vibration, high rotation speed)
● the foundation construction unit shall provide the quality certificate of the equipment foundation (such as ratio, maintenance, strength).
● if there is doubt about the strength of the equipment foundation, the strength of the foundation can be re-measured by springback instrument or steel ball impact method.
● check the appearance of the foundation
● check the position and geometry of the foundation
