1)    Q: How does your factory do quality control?

A: Our quality is our priority. Before spare parts coming to our warehouse, our QC go to spare parts factory and check one time, when spare parts arriving at our warehouse, QC check the 2^nd time, before mass production, QC check the sample before mass production according to specification. After packing, QC check finished products by randomly.

2)    Q: What your payment terms?

A: 100% T/T, 30% deposit and balance should be paid against B/L copy within 7 days.

3)    Q: Can I have my own customized products?

A: Yes. Logo, color, design, frame drawing, specification, packing, carton mark, and manual in your language can be customized.

4)    Q: What’s the delivery time?

A: generally, for popular frame models, once sale out, we make stock, those models with our own logo, sticker design and color combination, delivery time at about 15 days.

If the model you inquired we have no finished frames, generally, steel bicycle needs about 30days, and alloy frame needs about 45 days, after 30% deposit.

But one thing buyers should know that the exact delivery time might be slightly different for different orders at different time.

5)    Q: Can I mix different models in on container?

A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not less than MOQ.

6)    Q: Can I get samples?

A: Generally, sample fee is 1.5 times of sample value. Because we assembly sample by hands, not take one from production line, it takes time. After you placing order, we return you the sample fee.
