1. About MOQ
We do not have strict MOQ, as our production is flexible enough.
You can order as sample order for 1-10 pieces, and we can ship it out in 72 hours.
For bulk order like 100pcs, we will have better price, but longer delivery of course.
2. OEM, ODM service
We can design logo, packaging, for small batch OEM service, just base on even 10 pieces.
For big quatity base on totally new design, including color, body frame, and more technical details, our quantity would be over 1000 pieces or more, we can discuss then.
3. How is our quality.
Most of our customers are factories in different industries, and our products are designed for those used on production instead of home DIY. Our persuit for quality is stability and durability.
4. Our after-sales support
For local customers, we can supply 1 year after-sale gurantee, and for oversea customers, we will provide after-sales support with accessories equivalent to 1- 2% of the value of bulk goods.
5. About free sample
We do not have free sample for new customers, but all new customers who paid on sampling stage like shipping cost--would be deducted from the first bulk order. And for old customers, we can supply free samples for new styles, or free samples for spare parts.
