Generic name: chocolate flakes cake baking mix
Ingredients: Baking mix: wheat flour, sugar, starch, baking powder (acid
diphosphates, raising agent sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (E 475,
E 471 (soybean oil)), salt, nature identical flavouring.
Cocoa-based glaze (15 %): sugar, vegetable fats (palm, coconut, shea),
fat reduced cocoa powder (20 %), lactose, emulsifier sunflower lecithins.
Chocolate flakes (10 %): sugar, cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa powder,
emulsifier rapeseed lecithins, glazing agent shellac.
