1. Host part:
﹡The main cylinder, front beam and other main components are made of high-quality cast steel/forged steel
﹡The main plunger is made of chilled cast iron, the surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chrome, finely ground, and the roughness is small.
﹡The tension column is made of 45# steel and processed by flaw detection.
﹡The oil cylinder of the shearing mechanism is inverted, stable and durable.
﹡The die change cylinder is a direct push type, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
﹡The stroke of the locking cylinder can be lengthened, suitable for extruding seamless aluminum tubes.
﹡Special quenching process of extrusion rod and extrusion barrel effectively prolongs the life of extrusion tools.
﹡The cylinder of the spindle is external, stable and reliable.
﹡Flat guide rail structure, the center of the movable beam can be adjusted, which makes the extrusion center of the calibration machine easy.
2. Hydraulic part:
﹡The system adopts high and low pressure separately configuration, differential connection, with fast response, quick and stable action, and effectively extend the service life of the main valve.
﹡The hydraulic system of 1250T and above series aluminum extrusion machine is divided into:
Ⅰ. Control system of traditional slide valve
Ⅱ. Disassembly and assembly valve (VC valve system), users can choose according to their different requirements
﹡Proportional valves and servo valves can be added to enable the system to realize speed regulation, pressure regulation and constant speed extrusion to meet special extrusion process requirements.
﹡The high-pressure part adopts imported seals, so there is little oil leakage.
3. Electronic control part:
﹡The main motor adopts 6-pole horizontal structure, which greatly prolongs the service life of the pump.
﹡Adopts imported programmable controller (PLC) to control.
﹡The operation panel is set to manual, semi-automatic/automatic, reflecting the humanized design concept.
﹡Imported parts are used for the key components of strong electricity and weak electricity.

FAQ



1. What's the delivery time of your aluminum extrusion machine?

For ordinary small-sized machine such as saw, 30 days;middle-sized machine such as heating furnace, 45-50 days, for big-sized machine such as cooling system/profile handling system, 60 days. We could also design and make the whole production line for our customer, around 3-6 months.

2. What’s your ordinary shipment method?

We can deliver the machine by land, or by ocean.
