Equipment operation process:When processing the radial drilling,operators use travelling crane or manually to move the large workpieces to the facility,operators have to observe processing situation closely while the facility is rotating

 

There is any protection while operation,arms and bodys may easily touch the highly rotational drills , highly-moved drills, splashing sparkles may cause harm to faces,eys and hands .

 

Safety scheme

 

1,Could install dedicated protection cover at the left side of radial drilling(with interlock function,if operators don't use  the protection cover while operation,the facility can not start  )

 

2,Operators could observe operation point clearly through PC glasses,This cover can be settled at the position which doesn't infect operation; The side can be open from left ,you can easily change cutters or patterns, also can  adjust the length up and down( Suitable for medium radial drilling)
