Has high surface hardness and resistance to abrasion. Can be applied easily using a spray machine. No shrinkage cracks thanks to its high durability. FLOORTEK is a ready- touse, self-levelling floor screed. FLOORTEK is applied 2-10 mm thick, and self-levels. FLOORTEK smoothes and levels the application surfaces, and provides high flexural and compressive strength Used as a self-levelling screed to correct the faults of indoor floor surfaces before the final finish is Ready to be walked on applied. 2 hours after application is complete. Wait until FLOORTEK fully dries (according to ambient conditions) before further applications. FLOORTEK Self Leveling Screed Greenguard certification is a certificate that shows the effects of our products on indoor air quality Low Carbon Emmissions Standart TS EN 13813 Type CA - C25 - F7 Type Kraft bag Net weight 25 kg ± %2 APPLICATION USAGE WARNING STORAGE CONDITIONS Clean the surface before application. Remove any dust and oil. Clean away all types of residues such as paint and plaster, if any Remove, scrape out and fill with repair mortar any loose and damaged surface layers. Apply FLOORTEK primer (**) using a roller brush to improve the adherence and working time Can be applied on all types of cleaned surfaces, thanks to its high adhesive strength. Before application, to prevent differences in height, use tiles to set application levels. Pour water into a clean container, and mix using a low- speed mixer while sifting FLOORTEK into the container until a homogeneous fluid consistency is obtained. Ready to be used after 2-3 minutes of mixing. Mixture can be used for 20 minutes. Pour the mixture onto the surface. The thickness of the mortar can be adjusted with a trowel. Use a spiked roller to prevent air bubbles in the mortar and to facilitate the spreading process during application. Ensures a smooth base, thanks to FLOORTEK’s self-levelling capability. Avoid application at surface/environment temperatures below +5 °C and over +30 °C. Protect the application surface from wind and direct sunlight. Do not stack bags more than 12 high. FLOORTEK should be consumed within 1 year of manufacture provided that it is stored on a pallet in a dry, moisture-free indoor environment. Poor storage conditions or exceeding the shelflife may cause the properties of FLOORTEK to deteriorate. Do not add more FLOORTEK or water or any other substance to the already prepared mixture. Ensure the application thickness is between 2 mm and 10 mm per single coat. Do not use FLOORTEK as the final finishing coat.
