Rubber Laboratory Internal Mixer is mainly used in the tests of various kinds of compositions for heavy radial and engineering radial tire, and can also be the laboratory blending machine of rubber and plastic polymers and the production mixers for small products. This equipment is consisting of main machine, driving system, lubricating system, temperature control system, pneumatic system, detecting system and electrical control system and so on.
Mixing chamber and discharge door are designed with drilled channel, and rotors double-walled designed for water cooling. The internal surfaces of the chamber, rotor nogs, and surfaces contacted with rubber compounds on upper ram and discharge door are hardened by wear resistant materials. Rotor wings are standard 4 wings (BZ Rotors), and the speed ratio of two rotors is 1:1.16. In addition, our company may supply other type rotors according to needs of the users. Rotor ends adopt spring -loaded yoke seal assembly. The pressure of pneumatic-driven upper ram can be automatically regulated by proportional regulating pressure valve to change pressure against rubber compounds. Discharge door, in which a thermoelectric couple is inseded, is opened, closed and clamped pneumatically. Drive system consists of D.C. motor 40.5 kw, elastic coupling, reduction gearbox of harden tooth surfaces. The rated power of motor is about two times larger than a common laboratory internal mixer to entirely meet mixing requirements for all kinds of higher filler contents and harder rubber compounds. Adopting plate-type heating exchanger, the temperature control device saves water and energy. Safety pin of the upper ram, stop pin in the frame, safety interlocking device between the front part of mixing chamber wall and the upper ram, and emergency shut down button are designed for safeguard. Control system consists of PLC control, manual, half-auto and full-auto control. Rotor speeds, mixing times, mixing temperatures, cooling water temperatures, motor powers, energy costs etc. may be set up, and are measured, printed and recorded automatically and analyzed.
