Equipment 

Material straightening machine

Cooperate with feeding device, to strainten and flatten the stainless steel coil

Auto feeding device

Cooperate with forging machine and mold,to transmit material to mold in right amount and time

Forging machine(auto cutting mold&Crimping mold)

Forge the steel plate into the hinge blank (forming and drilling holes) as requirement ( match with auto cutting mould and crimping mould)

Drilling  Chamfering  Machine
