A: Features
As ABS or hardware electroplating production lines require very high precision and high quality for filtering equipment. Especially for acid copper and nickel processes, our latest filter series SPF is a special filter for acid and nickel processes. It uses an integrated filter barrel and a pump with a cooling system. It can be combined with an intelligent control system to ensure the best filtering effect, and to ensure that there is no leakage of chemicals. Have CE/EMC certificate support.
- This SPF series filter has two filter barrel materials, PP material type and the latest modified material transparent type. Integrated molding, filter housing without any welding position.
- This SPF series is equipped with SPH high-quality pump and equipped with Japanese Toshiba brand motor. You can also choose to configure a cooling system to make it more stable without leakage and idling.
- Even if 10kg toner is added, it will not block. The flow rate can still reach 20-30m3/h. The entire process of toner processing only takes 1-2 minutes, and then the liquid can be recycled without leakage.
- You can choose to configure an intelligent control system, with high-pressure alarm and low-pressure alarm, maintain your filter through data, monitor pressure and flow in real time, and remind you to clean or replace the filter material in time, saving water and electricity while saving time and effort. - After replacing the filter element or filter paper with this filter, it only takes 10 to 20 seconds to release air.
