2.Q: What is Reverse Osmosis? |
A: Reverse osmosis (R/O) is a water treatment process in which water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that has very small holes or "pores". Clean water passes through and impurities that are too big to pass through the membrane are left behind and flushed away. |
3.Q: How Does Reverse Osmosis Work? |
A: Reverse osmosis systems purify water by forcing pressurized water through a very fine, plastic membrane. If the raw water being treated comes from a well or another private source, disinfection and pre-filters (to remove chlorine and/or particulates/sediment) may be needed in advance of the R/O unit to remove contaminants that can foul or damage the membrane. |
4.Q: How can I know which model is suitable for me? |
A. Our model is KYRO-250, KYRO-500, KYRO-1000…, KYRO-500 is 500 liters per hour, it can produce 500 liters pure water. KYRO-1000 can produce 1000 liters per hour. Depends on your requirements for pure water. |
5. Q: Material of reverse osmosis system? |
A: You can choose FRP filter + U-PVC pipe, stainless steel filter + U-PVC pipe or total stainless steel. |

A: it depends on your raw water quality and your requirement for product water quality, which area the pure water will be used. We have reverse osmosis pure water machine, EDI ultrapure water plants, and ion exchange system, deionizer, ultrafiltration mineral water plants etc. |
7. Q. How long have to replace or change the carbon, sand and PP sediment filter cartridge and RO membranes for the reverse osmosis system? |
A: depends on water quality, generally speaking, quartz sand and activated carbon should be replaced every about 15 months, PP filter cartridges should be replaced every about 1 month, RO membranes have to be replaced every about 2 years. |
8.Q: What is packing of this machine? Is it suitable for shipment? |
A: Machine will be packed by standard wooden case. It is suitable for shipment. After you receive machine, you only need to open wooden case to pick up machine. |
9. Q: Can you provide oversea installation and debugging service? |
A: Yes, oversea installation service is available for us. We have professional installation teams, and have full experience of the oversea site installation. |
10. How can I pay you? |
A: After we confirmed order, I will send you contract sales or PI with our company bank information. You can transfer money to our company bank account by T/T, Western Union Or do L/C if it is accepted by both of us . |

1.Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter
2.Multi-medium filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3.Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4.Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5.Micron filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um
