Haitian pre-stressed hollow core slabs height of 50mm, 100mm,120mm, 200 mm, 220 mm, 265 mm, 320 mm and 380 mm.500mm. Width across the lower edge is 1200mm. Length is determined by the customer in accordance with the project and can be up to 19 meters.

 

Hollow core slabs are manufactured by extrusion. The hollow core slab machine, as main reinforcement used high-strength steel cable of diameter of 7 to 15.2 mm. Number and diameter of rope needed for the production, determined by the type of hollow core slab reinforcement, depending on operational load.

Introduction of the Hollow core slab machine precast: 

 

Introduction: The machine is mainly used to make the floor slab of house or building. The machine is making the slab through mechanical squeezing. It uses the vibrator to compaction the slab makes the cement, sand and stone etc. fastening together.
