Q:What does your factory do regarding quality control ?
A:Quality is our culture! We got strict quality control from the beginning to the very end.
1. we have QC team, first part is to control producing in factory, the other is as third party, inspect the goods named by customers.
2. we have all detailed records for defective products, then we will make summary according to these records, find out the aproduction flow where easily lead to this problem. Then figure out, and try best to avoid such problem.
3. We do product according to rules of relevant audits and laws of our country.
Q:How about samples ?
A:Generally we offer free samples,and clients bear the freight cost. Or we bear the freight cost after confirm orders.
