Recirculating Aquaculture System(RAS)

Recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) is a kind of indoor farming for fisheries production where water exchange is limited and the use of biofiltration is required to reduce ammonia toxicity.

Why use the RAS?

The main benefit of RAS is the ability to reduce the need for fresh&clean water while still maintaining a healthy environment for fisheries and it’s a kind of high densities cultivation method; and the yield is 5-6 times higher than common pond farming; higher survival rate, less influence to the environment etc.

Yield of the RAS

Tilapia(for example): 120kg/cbm/season x 60cbm x 2 seasons=14400kgs(one season 6 months, harvest at 1 kg)

Shrimp: 8kg/cbm/season x 60cbm x 4 seasons=1920kgs(3months one season)

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 20-30 days after order.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but the freight is on buyer's account.

Q: How to install the greenhouse? Do you provide installation service?

A:We will provide paper or video building manual, or if needed we will send engineer to do installation guidance.

Q: What preparations I should be before installation?

A:First finish the greenhouse building authorization from the government if required.
    Second prepare the tools as per the tool list we send to you.
    Third prepare the workers.
    Forth prepare the po wer supply if needed.
    Fifth prepare one place that can store the greenhouse materials after arrival to protect it from rain.
