(1)Introduction
ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is mainly used to feed material into the primary crusher homogeneously and continuously. Meanwhile, it can screen the fine material and make the crusher more powerful. It has the advantages of smooth vibration and feeding, adjustable grizzles, big handling capacity, easy maintainance. It is widely used in mining, building materials, cement, transportation, energy and chemical industries.

(3)Working Priciple
It consists of frame, motor, rubber spring, spring support. The exciter is made by two meshing gears of specific-location eccentric shaft. When assembled, the gears must mesh well by mark and makes the two eccentric shafts revolving by motor driving. The body is forced to make the forward 45-degree linear motion on the spring support, the vibration is taken as driving force. Materials make the sliding & throwing movements, so the materials move forward and achieve the feeding purpose. When materials get through the sieve on the funnel, the smaller material can fall through the sieve gap and make a screening effect without going through the next crushing process.
